What We do
Our passionate team delivers workshops that focus on holistic wellbeing. We create a safe space for individuals and organisations to explore their values, share stories, and build connections to gain a greater sense of fulfilment, meaning, and balance in their lives.
How We Do
We use fitness, theatre, and creativity to connect people to their values using Seligman’s PERMA psychology model. Working with five elements: Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Achievement, participants are inspired to think constructively about the past and gain optimism and hope for the future.
